About the Owner
Roger Shover
President
Roger is a seasoned professional with over 30+ years of experience as a licensed General Contractor. His journey began in 1991 when he established Shover Construction in Carlisle, PA.
In 2004, Roger relocated his family to Brevard County and established Custom Built Contracting, Inc (CBCI) while taking over Cabinets Plus & Design as a sister company. Here, he continued his legacy by crafting new homes, overseeing remodeling projects, and adding thoughtful residential expansions throughout the Brevard area.
Roger's undeniable dedication to excellence is evident in every aspect of his work. He personally likes a hands-on approach, engaging from the project's inception through design, fabrication, implementation, and until its ultimate completion. Under Roger's guidance, his daughter Ashley has grown into a proficient industry expert, infusing her own creativity and expertise into their collaborative efforts.
Understanding the profound significance of relationships, Roger and Ashley recognize that the collaborative bond with clients and all involved professionals is the true catalyst that breathes life into each project.
